What do you think about The Traffic Light? Is it just an off object, with three different lamp like red, yellow, and green? Or is it just a decoration on the way?
In my opinion, of course the answer is NO!! Maybe many people in our beloved country in Indonesia will reply the same answer with me, but without the act.
Ok, we will talk about The Traffic Light. Traffic Light not just the thing with three different lamp like red, yellow, and green. It also not just a decoration, but The Traffic Light is the thing that can control the traffic. It also can control the diver well. Red lamp explain to stop, yellow lamp explain ready, and green lamp explain go. We can see in another country like Australia or United States. The American really obey to Traffic Light. By obey on traffic light, their country look orderly. They always proud of everything, even though it’s just an off object.
Now we will talk about The Traffic Light in our country, Indonesia. “Traffic Light in Indonesia”, this statement give some question for us. But just one question from me, what is the function of Traffic Light in our country? We can see, many people don’t care about Traffic Light, even though there are many people care about Traffic Light, but we can count them by our fingers. Many people care on Traffic Light if there is a policeman, but if no policeman, i don’t know what’s wrong with them, and it make a new question also.
1. Are they blind, so they think that all the lamp is green?
2. Are they really don’t care on Traffic Light?
3. Are they want to on time on their destination?
We will verify that reason, one by one.
For the first reason, “are they blind”? I think it’s imposible. Every people that in bad condition will not get a permission to drive, so i think it’s not the answer.
For the second reason, “are the don’t care”? May be this is the reason of many people. But it also make a new question, why they don’t care, whereas they have get driving license? I think every people that have get the driving license, have understand the driving rule. I think also if they don’t care on Traffic Light, the don’t have a good attitude, and I think impolitely we can call them “animals”, not as a human, so this is not a good reason.
For the third reason, “are they want to on time? This is also the reason of many people. But, i think this statement is a stupid reason. If just to on time, I think they can manage their time, so they don’t need to break the Traffic Light. We must have an advanced mind, think what we do and what will we do. And I think, this is not a good reason.
So, what is the reason? Ask yourself, just it. If you want to be a developed people, have an advance mind. That’s all depend on ourselves. If you want to see the orderly area, just obey on Traffic Light. Don’t wait the other people, but start by yourself, because you are you. Let’s obey on The Traffic Light to be a develope people and have a great future life.
